The rough carpentry work will be done with a fine finish detail in mind, it is called rough, but it is a foundation that fine details are built on. During this time the bones of the remodel are built. 

When the finish carpentry work and mill work is installed to the same perfection as all the other details, your job will be almost complete and the finishing touches that we add to our jobs are going to really stand out.

From design, fabrication, through installation; knowing every detail of every cabinet and it's construction and function is no small task... All of your tile and stone will be installed in the "traditional mortar bed method" for a lifetime of beauty and quality.  This is the only method that will last long enough to see a great return on your investment. We do not use the more common and inferior methods... such as the backer board method- at Valley Tile and Plumbing you can count on highly skilled, permanent installation methods that will last decades... If not centuries.

All cement is not the same. It is more complex when you include the many types of tile. Stone, and uses of materials on a remodeling job.

Permits are required. Fortunately the permit for a bathroom or kitchen remodel is quick and inexpensive.  We will handle the drawings, permits, and inspections required for your job.

The permitting is part of the job, it's public record, and FYI ;  unpermitted construction can affect property value and financing options negatively.
